Gift Cards for services are available for purchase at the Spa. Cards are good for up to one year from purchase date, and retain any promotional values.
Appointments & Reservations
Credit card information will be taken on permanent makeup procedures and spa packages. Some Spa Packages require a deposit.
How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?
Depending on the service, appointments should be made a few days to a week in advance. For spa packages, holidays and weekends, appointments should be made two weeks or more in advance to secure your reservation.
What if I am running late?
Your late arrival may require you to wait until another guest has completed their scheduled appointment. In some cases, a late arrival will also determine the length of your treatment; moreover, your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Our policy is a 24-hour notice to cancel or to reschedule appointments. Reservations that required a credit card or deposit upon reservation require a 48-hour notice of cancellation, in which there will be no charges and deposit is refundable. "No-Shows" or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the value of the service, and deposits are non-refundable.
